  I attend the meetings with preparation. Keep the agenda and time restriction in mind, I have gradually started incorporating the concept of effective presentations in my meetings. My meetings have a structure and clear objectives. I always think what the opening and ending should be and what message I should leave for my team to think. I believe the group session would have made lot more difference, unfortunately when I attended the course, I was the only one.
